On Site Support
Our on-site support is designed for customers that prefer a 'hands-on' approach. We will have our consultant visit your site to help you with your accounting software needs - consultation, training, installation or trouble-shooting. On short notice, we can have an experienced consultant at your doorstep.

How do you charge for your on-site support?
We charge a daily rate for on-site support, plus all travel expenses. Airfare, hotel room and rental car are charged at the actual expense incurred. Travel expenses are calculated in advance and billed in advance.

How much do you charge for installation services?
Our rates vary depending on the services involved and the size of the project. At a client's request, and where possible, advance fee estimates will be provided for all tasks and projects. You will always be quoted a firm rate before we begin work. Our daily base rate is $900 (working from 8am to 6pm). Discounts are provided to clients purchasing 4 or more days.
