Phone Support
Our phone and modem support offerings are designed for customers that need immediate
assistance and exceptional value. You'll be surprised by what we can accomplish over
the phone and modem! We can help with system setup, answer your technical questions,
suggest changes and modifications, customize forms and reports, install / update
software - almost everything that we can do in person.

How do you charge for your phone / modem support?
We charge based on the actual time required to complete the work. We track our time
and bill in six-minute increments with a minimum 1/2 hour billing.
How much do you charge for phone / modem support?
Our base rate for phone / modem support is $90 per hour. Emergency support and
after-hours support are billed at 2x our base rate.
How do you perform modem support?
Using PC Anywhere for direct-dial connections (and Internet connections when possible) we
can remotely control your computer's keyboard and mouse. We will work with you by phone
while controlling your system for maximum effectiveness. We can also use WebEx or other
Internet-based remote control systems (all connection charges will be billed to the client).
We provide PC Anywhere and a modem for our system - you will need to provide the same for
your system.
