Our helpdesk is answered by a live operator during business hours (M-F, 8am to 5:30pm Eastern Time). We also have several other ways you can contact us for support. For urgent requests we recommend you always call us for the fastest response. If you call after hours for emergency support, please choose the 'emergency support' option and leave a voicemail. You will be called back by our on-call technician. You can also contact the help desk by email at: help@verteks.com. Those emails will automatically be logged in our support system and we'll assign a technician to the issue. You can also use our web-based support system if you prefer. That system can be accessed from our web page, or by visiting: http://connect.verteks.com/support. Your login is your email address and your initial password is set by your account manager.
