Save Time and Money with HPE Purchases Through NASPO Contract

As we discussed in our last post, cooperative procurement contacts help government agencies, educational institutions and some nonprofit organizations save time and money on technology acquisitions by aggregating purchasing power. Analysts say state and local governments save more than $300 billion of taxpayer dollars each year through increased purchasing efficiencies.

Verteks Consulting extends these procurement benefits to our public sector customers as an approved reseller under a variety of government-administered contracts. In addition to the contracts we discussed in the previous post, we are among only 25 partners in the U.S. on the NASPO ValuePoint Indirect Program Partner Authorized List for Hewlett Packard Enterprise services and solutions.

NASPO ValuePoint is the cooperative purchasing arm of the nonprofit National Association of State Procurement Officials, which comprises directors of central purchasing offices in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. NASPO has helped streamline public sector procurement since it was established in 1947.

Through HPE’s NASPO ValuePoint contracts, Verteks is authorized to sell a variety of HPE hardware and cloud solutions to qualified state, local and education organizations in Florida. Following is a closer look at the contacts and the services and solutions Verteks can provide:

NASPO ValuePoint Master Contract # AR3104

Under this contract, Verteks is authorized to sell Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions for public, private and hybrid cloud deployments. The key component of the offering is the HPE GreenLake hybrid cloud, which offers the agility and economics of the public cloud with the performance and security of on-premises IT.

Co-engineered by HPE and Microsoft, the Azure-compatible GreenLake enables the easy movement and deployment of applications to meet security, compliance, cost and performance needs. It allows organizations to maintain data sovereignty while running high-performance analytics and low-latency applications. It also supports edge and disconnected applications.

GreenLake Flex Capacity packages focus on outcome-based consumption, allowing organizations to easily scale up or down to handle fluctuations in demand. The pay-as-you-go model also frees up resources by reducing the need for long-term capital expenditures.

Verteks has decades of experience helping public sector organizations meet critical technology requirements. Through cooperative purchasing agreements such as the NASPO contracts, we can help you save time, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Contact us to learn more.
